Had my first run over 1/4 mile last night, 50mins, on the treadmill at the gym, since I busted my ribs at the beginning of Sept.
Wasn't too bad, actually; legs are a little sore today-which was expected. I will have to re-teach myself, it seems, on how to breath deeply while running. With broken ribs, every deep breath hurt, so it was all shallow quick breaths.
