Both the men and woman pro race is VERY exciting. I'm checking the tracker for Steve's bike time like crazy. Texting Carrie with the updates and she texted back "I'm Stressed" HA HA! No Kidding!!!!
Michellie Jones! Have you ever heard anyone repeat the same thing over and over--and interrupt everyone to say the whole thing over and over! Great race, but she is A-nnoying!

She just kept saying, "They're stride for stride. They're in unison. They are one."
@ Gina - It's often true, "nice guys finish last" ( or at least not first.)
Chrissie woulda been coming down Ali'i just about now. She must have been in really bad straits, not to start - she's just a competitor, certainly not a quitter.
Both Matts are perfectly on pace - awesome performace/execution so far from each of them.
Been checking in off and on throughout the day. Looks like everyone is doing great. Amazing to see Matt put up such great numbers so soon after IMLOU. GO TEAM!

And according to Carrie Chavez, that's with a 20 min mechanical with 2 flats on the bike!!! He's gonna have a GREAT run!
Great time by Mancona - especially with the mechanicals!

What a move by Macca!
Really? His splits were so even. How is that possible? Yo.

Wow what a race!
Colleen Capper is off the bike now too. 6:04 bike split. Did anyone tell this woman she has a broken wrist? Sheeeeesh!
Macca is the champion, but will never be as classy a guy as Crowie.
DOH! Look on the ironmanlive tracker! 10.2
Wow - Chris McCormack knows how to race.

Any projection on Mancona's finish time?
The third run split includes a lot of uphill, so I suspect Mancona will finish under 10 hours.
I will stay tuned until Matt S finishes, as it it will still be before my bed time ( I figure he'll go 12 -12:30).
@Al - great to see you participating in the forums - hope you're healing well!
Joe Boness age 55 just rolled (literally) over the finish line @ 9:54!
Matt Ancona is in! Looked great!
Saw him cross
Around 10:08.
