Week 2 Weekend thread
I had a poorly executed Sat workout last weekend so today I was shooting to nail it.
Results:
Bike goal 2 x 8' at 97.5% actual- 97% plus 2 x 15' at 82.5% actual= 82%- Bike Check!
Run goal half at zone 2(8:35 pace- actual 8:31), 2nd half Z3(8:17- actual 8:14)- Brick run Check!
I ran the banked track at our Y (freezing rain outside) and since I had my Ipod along I turned on P90X abripperX x 15min then followed with 45 min P90X Xstretch.
Feeling good. Looking forward to my Z4 intervals tomorrow.
