Runs are finally starting to feel good again
Had my week 3 Sunday run today and it was the first run of the OS that really felt good (I haven't run much between IMLOU and starting the OS). My legs are really starting to come around and my HR and pace data is starting to show straight lines through the entire interval instead of falling like a roller coaster.
Tha'ts all, just wanted to get that off my chest
