Officially "Great Aunt", but I've told my niece if she ever calls me that- she won't be getting any presents from me! I'm too young to be "Great" anything! (Well, my mom was a Grandma at my age, but that's another story). It's their first and is supposed to be a girl (which will make her my second "Great" niece). Epidural has been administered so things are sure to slow down now for a bit. But I'm still watching my cell phone like a hawk!

That's awesome, Nemo! Such lucky girls to have Auntie Nemo!
@Nemo - sending good thoughts your way (and your niece's, too). Very exciting! Hope mom and baby girl will be healthy and happy!
@Penny - thanks for the links, I've checked both out... will definitely get the yurbuds!
Bored bored bored at work... hope that breaks soon. It's hard to find ways to pass the time! I shouldn't complain, but I really do prefer to be crazy busy. The days go fast and I feel like I accomplish more... I'm energized by that kind of pace.
Cleanse is almost done... Wed is the last day. It's been totally fine but I haven't experienced the changes I read about or hoped for (and actually on the forum it seems there are others in the same boat). Perhaps it's because I was already pretty healthy to start. Don't know. I do admit I've probably snacked more, a lot more, than I should have been during the cleanse - justifying myself bc of the OS workouts... hard to say. I typically snacked on raw nuts, dried fruit (no oil or sugar added) or apples with almond butter. Not exactly the lowest caloric choices... but munching on dried carrot sticks is so not satisfying. I definitely have noticed that I'm a total boredom eater as well as an emotional eater. And the past few months at work, and this past month with the break up - has been rough in that regard. Hopefully noticing the trend is the first step. And now that I've changed what I stock in the fridge and panty, at least when I am mindlessly nibbling I'm not doing serious harm (well, except the calories - at least they're "good" calories).
I think Carly did a cleanse and she mentioned the name - I should check that out. I'll likely do one again next year - about this time. Possibly this one again, buying the kit instead of going it on my own with the book... we'll see. But not having another colonic for a year is A-OK with me! -- just looked back, it was Carrie... and wow oh wow, have I been whining a lot this past 2 months. Interesting to go back and read where I've been this past 2 months. Thank you all for being there and being so supporting. February will bring a happier teammate!
I so want to read everyone's stuff and catch up....I'll have to do that this week. Just checking in because I've been off line for a while! So I'll just selfishly post about ME...new job is kicking by butt, I LOVE it!!! Everyone seems so great to work with. After my white knuckle commute this morning the first e-mail that greeted me was one that I was copied on to the help desk from my boss to have me set up on VPN so I could work from home. Had to chuckle. Y'all out there on the east coast, buckle your seat belts and hang on. This one is a doozy!!! All of you stay safe and warm!! Hope I can catch up this week!!!
