@scott - I usually go to google shopping and search for the challenge tubes. I have got them from both competitive cyclist and also from http://worldclasscycles.com/ before.
Both Vittoria and Zipp are now offering latex tubes with removable valve cores as well, so you can search for those as well.
+1 for the ZIPP tangente's with latex tubes and a ton of powder on EVERY tube! Powder and being very careful and I haven't had a pinch flat for 2 years
On another note; the Specialized Armadillo's on my training wheels have 2500 miles on them even after using them on the trainer for the OS still look good enough to use for at least the first part of the Summer. And not a flat yet.

Another vote for realiability. I am not going to train six months for an ironman and not finish due to mechanical issues.
specialized armadillo elite 23c. tire.
specialized airlock tubes. kind of like slime tubes.
FWIW I use Conti Triathlon Tyres with latex tubes.
Compared to my Gatorskin training tyres, they "appear" to have less rolling resistance — maybe though that is wishful thinking!
Matt,
trying to find a source for the Challenge latex Tubes, and I can't find the 700x23 anywhere? Where do you typically purchase these from?
Thanks,
