Week 11: Sunday Run?
Just a little confused on the description for sunday's run:
MS: 2 x 2 miles @ TP/Z4/Hard with 1 mile @ EP/Z1/Easy in between each. Remainder of time @ EP/Z1/Easy.
So does that mean, warm-up, 2 miles at z4, then 1 mile z1, then 2 miles at z4, remainder of time at z1. So really it's only one mile of z1 "between each". I'm guessing we aren't supposed to do 1 mile at z4 and then 1 mile at z1, etc. but the wording just confused me a bit.
Sorry if this is a bit basic, just want to be sure I'm doing the right workout.

I think you are correct 2 miles at Z4 with 1 mile rest at Z1 then another 2 miles at Z4. Rest of run at Z1. Plus whatever you do to warmup.
