This will be my second TTT. I agree with the thread. Lots of hydration and pace out the long weekend. I held back until the Sunday half ironman and then gave it all I had.
It is an incredible event. The best part is getting in the ice cold stream after each race - especially Saturday and Sunday!
i am going to start transitioning these next couple of weeks, so will likely go off program and start getting my tribike set up and myself geared up for the big race prep for IMCdA.
