Week 14 Run
I had a really cool run yesterday afternoon. Started with 1 mile of warm up with a group of friends. Then I got to Join Alan Webb for a 4 mile run. Kind of a funny run. Probably about 50 people there that didn't expect this "fun" run to take off at sub-7:00 pace and keep going faster.

Effective this week I'm going to start mixing up my workout days to accommodate my Wednesday night TT series. I only have a couple of weeks to go until I transition into HIM training and I need to stay focused (I've been lacking in that department lately).
I'm finally starting to feel normal again after the sinus infection and am looking forward to running again (and testing).
