I am in! I live in Virginia so any of the other Virginia peeps or East Coast people want to jump in I am game. Probably would be better off in a 4 person team as I have to work Friday and Sunday and may have a full day of Soccer games on Sat!

I am new to this so I don't know exactly how this works, but I'm in Ohio. It would be great to be on your team Ralph. Do we still do the workouts that are scheduled or focus on this run.

    Thanks
