I'm still using my 305. I got it for my birthday the year I started running (had been quit smoking for 3 months at that point!) I use it religiously... I think of it as a modern day log, unfortunately, I think I'm addicted to it...
The speaker in my 305 is toast; Necessary piece of gear when doing repeats and intervals without the beep when running in the dark. I brought it to the pool today to keep track of my laps and the like and it was a massive pain having it hung around the lane dividers.
So, I'm thinking about an upgrade. Does the 910 have an audible beep?
I might use the 910 as my main item and affix the 305 to the bike permanent-ish.
I have been really impressed as well. One thing, it downloads into Garmin Connect but not GTC. Run and bike go to both. Do you use GTC and have you noticed that on the swim?
Overall really love my 910. A few quirks I have found (besides the ones reported and complained about ad nauseum). These are all after the firmware update:
When running in the dark, I have been using the display light "stays on" function. Now I have to remember every time to turn the brightness up. It does not remember to do so from run to run.
When NOT in multi-sport mode- If I do one sport and then change and do another, sometimes the 910 won't download. It thinks I might "start" again and keeps me as "in progress". I have to turn the 910 off and back on, then it will download no problem.
It will only count swim laps/distance correctly if I turn it off and back on before the swim start.

After 2 running PBs in 2 weeks I deserved a reward, plus a kick to get my butt back into the pool...
My first activity was a swim, and the accuracy was really impressive.
Love it so far...

Anyone else have notice any of this?
