Providence would save me an hour drive but either location fine. A run clinic would be a great add on and the idea of a team dinner. I hope its a day im not working.
P, My brother lives in Boston and signed up to do the Syracuse 70.3 in June (his first HIM). Is this clinic EN member only? He would really benefit from the experience. I'd love to come up and join you as well but it's a bit of a commute from Texas.
Patrick...that's the weekend of the Boston marathon...Dan and I are out...we'll be in town for the race...real bummer. I was really hoping to attend. Our daughters run in the BAA relays that day, then the 5k is Sunday..we're all running, and then I'll be running the marathon on Monday. Let us know if you are planning another by chance....
Folks so sorry it's not working for so many of you. I am literally book for the other 10 weekends between camps and family and other commitments...so crazy! I figured Sat as those of you racing on Monday wouldn't be doing much else other than chilling out. I will be doing another in May...so stay tuned! For those of you looking to sign up registration is open right here:
@Woody, too bad! I think the race is on Monday, so I figured folks would still be free on the Saturday before. I'll be sure to try and find a May weekend as well, I just have my ironman and a fundraising event that month...stay tuned!
DONE!!! SATURDAY APRIL 7 11AM TO 2PM AT THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB. Day before Easter, but you peeps had better show or I'll crush you like the marshmallow candy!
Looks like I'm the odd man out. Can't do the 7th - already signed up for a duathlon on the 7th. Coach - guess you gotta refund me. So everyone better show up and make it a good event....
I will bring my frog ring and start ramping up my training for the Cannonball Competition in the deep end!!
Coach P - can you please add cannonball intervals to my OS program 2-3 times a week? Not sure what wattage or HR I should be using... Just don't tell anyone else about this, ok??
If anyone is planning on traveling to Boston for this event, I may be able to accomodate a couple of folks overnight, if needed. I know Boston is not the most direct route to Providence -that said, I am tossing it out there if it helps save you a few $$.
Aslo, if anyone wants to carpool from the Boston area, let me know.

Well that stinks. The one weekend out of the one month I'll be out of town. Isn't that how it always goes!
Hmmm, a long weekend and pre-marathon weekend. We'll see, have some plans already. Hopefully we can get some of the info if we don't attend!

Boston Marathon weekend...bummer! Can't do this clinic, but looking forward to the one in May.
I can't, but it's hard to please everyone. I hope the others are available and I'll leave hope for May! Thanks for doing this!
That works! Saturday, April 7th or Friday April 6th?
