300 club hashtag
Hey guys,
I have been Tweeting my workouts and including the #workworks hashtag since last year. With the start of the OS and my RnP FTP goal of 300watts, I have added the #300orBust tag to my posts. Anyone else here aiming for that milestone and tweeting?

I'm there with ya Dave. My R&P goal is 289 but I'm going to go for the big 300 club. It's my only way to stay up with R&P, The Halligan, and Dan Socie at the TOC next year.
Rich has me predicted at 299 watts as a goal. Talk about a teaser. I'm all for 300watts.

I didn't do the Heads/Tails thing. However, my goal is 300 watts this year. And i am tweeing my workouts.
Also, where is that twitter page now??
That's our Rich. I just ordered some Growth Hormone, EPO and exotic European roids to get that extra 1 watt! JK. I will die on my trainer if I am that close to 300 watts just to meet that goal.

I wanna go out and ride with the SF/Bay Area folks - I might be able to keep up with that FTP?!?
My race weight is about 140-143 lbs., so 300 is a big reach for me, but that's a cool hashtag. My self-imposed OS goal is 275, which doesn't quite have the cache worthy of a hashtag. (Note to self: 300 watts would put my FTP watts/kg at 4.62. How tasty would that be...)

Heh heh. I have a secret, unpublished longer-term goal that might include a 300w FTP, but I can't tell anyone about that.
I'm going for it!!! 306 during the summer on the bike outside, 260 for the trainer indoors at the beginning of OS.
RnP goal for me is 285. I will achieve 300+ or die trying!!!
My peak was 275 outside this season and I want to hit 300 outside prior to Oct 2010.

You can add a signature in your forum preferences. We're talking about adding a hastag to our tweets. You do that by adding a #300orBust at the end of your tweet.
Great goal and motivation! I'm doing a winter 21 week "computrainer" virtual race series every Saturday and the top guys are all low to mid 300's for 40mins+ (!) Great workout and we compete against different people from the various PeakCentre for Human Performance facilities across Canada - I'm getting SPANKED right now as I've been off the bike for a couple years (since IM Canada 2007) but will get my butt back in gear for IMC 2010 (thanks to Rich and Patrick
I'm doing stage 4 tomorrow - hopefully adopt that "race with discipline" mentality and maintain an even 230 throughout the stage - we'll see what happens!
