Thursday Long runs

Hi Coach, As I transition from Get Faster to the HIM program, I see that the long runs are always Thursday.  This is my long day at work, starting at 6 am and often going until 8 pm. Monday and Tuesday and Friday are more flexible for me.  Wednesday is also an early day with 6 am start but usually done by 5 pm.  Suggestions as I get to the next phase? Thanks.

    Terrry, I'd probably put it on Tuesday, knowing you have 36 hours until your next (WED) workout...then move the shorter Tuesday run to Thursday IF YOU HAVE TIME, if not, we add a brick run to the Sunday bike!
