Are all watts created equal?
I have a cycleops trainer that has different modes. I have been using the road mode over the 14 weeks. Yesterday I changed to the mountain mode and noticed my watts were instantly higher, however my rpm were in the 80- 85 range. I used this mode for the 30/30 and had great success in creating the high watts. Do I keep training with this setting and keep the rpms high or change back to the road mode. Or am I just over analyzing this. Thanks for your input

I don't have any familiarity with that device but I would say that you want to pick one method of measuring your watts and be consistent.
