No wonder my legs are toast. 3 x 12s for me. Oh well.
Hey Int. peeps--I'm taking it down to 2x10. If they Adv peeps are doing 24' total, no way we are doing 30'. I thought that workout sounded VERY aggressive for this juncture. 2x10 is just right for where we are, and based on the training rhythm and build-up of the last two OS years. You don't want to get too aggressive--meter it out over the 20 weeks. There's plenty of pain yet to come!
I looked at last year's Advanced Bike OS and week 3 had 3x12(3).

Funny, I did the 3x12 this morning, ate, showered, checked in on the forums to find this. For just a brief moment, I was thinking "why didn't I check the forum before the workout!" Old, super-anal me would have freaked over this sort of thing.
Then new, this-is-all-just-a-game-anyways me laughed at old, super-anal me. One of the least heralded benefits of da Haus...

Just to clarify, does that mean we intermediate peeps are to do a 2x10' today, and should've done a 2x8' last week instead of a 3x8'?
