Team Chavez- Transitioning out of the NOV OS- Thanks!!
Hi friends,
Have enjoyed the NOV OS journey with all of you. Steve and I will be starting our 12 week march to IMSG( 5/1) on Monday. YES.. the." Holy Crap" mantra continues.
We each got in our Vdot tests this week. Have not done our FT tests yet. Works out though as next week is a test week in the program so we will get our FT tests done then. I'll post in Nov OS once I get the results.
You have all done so well. I appreciate your encouragement and support. I will look forward to following you all year as you march on to your A races.

What a way to go into the IM training, with that 3 or 4 point boost to your vDot, probably couldnlt getting a better mental boost.
I hope to see you during stage 1 of ToC as I tag along with the group.

I miss you guys. I read how you are doing everyday!! Keep it up!! We are doing well. Wish our IM was later in the year. May 1st is too soon:-(. Hard to imagine we will be ready. Will keep plugging along...
