  I haven't read it, but Jim Vance has a book out on training with a run power meter.  I think Rob Sabo has read it.  It may be a good resource.  I think the Jeremy's (aka data nerds) will love it.  Still too much data for me I'm afraid, but will be following and learning from you early adapters!

  One problem is that upgrades in hardware and software are occurring constantly and so fast that the books can't keep up.

  I just tried to buy one with the "edurnancenation" code and the code was rejected. Anyone have any ideas?

  I just ordered a Stryd.  I am looking forward to learning how to pace myself using power.  Once I get my Garmin configured and collect a few runs, I will post to the broader group.  I'm pretty excited.
