Welcome to the Nov OS Group (4.0 Style)
Folks -
This is it...new platform, new groups, etc. Very exciting to watch these groups take off as the training grows. Just as a reminder from your insane sadomasochistic coaches:
* This is YOUR space. When RnP play here, we do so as athletes, not coaches.
* Same rules of engagement apply. This is a party and we expect you to be civil even as you drink more koolaid, get a "buzz" and fill up with endorphins, free radicals, and eggnog.
Learning when to post here vice post in the forums will be a challenge for sure, but in general we see it as if you want to post to the Nov OS peeps, check in, motivate, etc., it goes here. No more check in threads in the forum. If you need to get coach feedback, or want to ask the greater Team a question re equipment, nutrition, then you head to the forum.
