For some reason the search's aren't working for me right now. Looking for the half/full ironman run pacing guidelines. Any quick pointers would be greatly appreciated. thanks todd

First 6 miles - Easy pace plus 30 seconds
Mile 6 to 18 - Easy pace
Mile 18 to finish - Whatever you have left!
Half Ironman
First 3 miles - Marathon Pace plus 30 seconds
Next 7 miles - Marathon Pace
Last 3 - Whatever you have left.
The paces are based on your Vdot score.
