Week 14 FTP Test

Hey I get a turn at starting the weekly thread.. and a test thread at that! New pair of Shimano TR31's on my feet - first time with no socks and felt great! On the bike for a 10 minute warm-up and hit the 'go' button at exactly 12:00 noon...... and I nailed it! Was gunnng for 215 and drew a 214..... close enough for me....…

HR athlete so no test but did the 2 x 20'. REAL hard time hitting Z4. Barely able to hit an average at the very bottom of my zone. Not sure what the dealio is but I made it through.... Run test on Wed.
