Ripcord to HIM

Folks,

I'll be jumping off the Jan OS after this week, into Advanced HIM for 6 weeks leading to Rev3 Knoxville. I've been very hit or miss in my forum participation ( not workouts, I've been there for almost all!) this year for one reason or another, but I want to thank you all for encouragement and inspiration during my 14 weeks of "FUN". Haven't decided if I'm up for a final test this week as I'm battling a chest cold, but we'll see. Will definitely post results.

Keep rockin along Jan OS....maybe I'll get to meet some of you at IMC in August !

Best of luck with the HIM training! Get ready for the volume ramp-up. Sorry to see another of the group departing...

(my plan at the moment is "modified OS" starting week 17 before switching to HIM. But I'll be here for all 20 weeks...)
