Well we are on to April and its actually warming up where I live. The snow's almost gone and I should be able to get out on the bike consistently.
No change for me stuck at 235

166lb today. Yesterday was my first day of "real" triathlon training in a long time: very hard 1:45 ride in the AM (1300kj), 30' swim (~300cals) and 35' run (475cals) in the afternoon. I also walked the dogs for an hour for about 200-225cals burned. Net was that I sat down to dinner with >2000 cals remaining in my budget for today and finished the day 700cals under budget for about a 1700cal deficit.
About to step out for a run with Riley right now but have had a bar and an apple so I don't bonk. 1hr run, then about a 2hr bike this evening. I'm doing 10-12k climbing rides for each of the next 3 Saturdays so on a mission to make up some most homework and get skinny fast. Want to see 159lb by the end of April.
