Any RR q's for us before the weekend?

  Going Friday am. Not sure that my course will include the same vertical ft of climbing, but I'm going to try and find as many hills as I can on this course that I know. I sometimes get nervous before big workouts. Oh well. just excited. Mental plan all worked out.

  I just came up with one. I'm doing the Madison swim tomorrow, and the RR afterwards. What should I do today?

  Nothing. Just take your Sunday off (I think it's off?) today, otherwise move Sunday to Friday, if possible.

  Trying out a different nutrition plan since the last one didn't work too well. I am going to do a mix of infinite and gels. The concentrated infinite did not work for me
