wow. I haven't heard those words for like 20 years when I was forced to play Skeletor against my brother's He-Man army. One of the perks of being a twin- split time meant he was forced to deal with rainbow brite after!
When my son was small he was a huge He-Man fan and had all the characters including Castle Grey Skull. My wife would generate a laugh from us regularly at breakfast when she would announce that she had the power to make pancakes!
Now my wife and I quote a different show when the kids are acting up, Wonder Twins power activate, I usally take the form Eagle so I can get the hell out
LOL. I know Im with the right crowd when an 80's cartoon reference can bring so much excitement. Perhaps we should change the motto of the team to "EN: MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE."
I had a long, wonderful experience with getting the data from the 310xt to the computer following the 30/30's last night. After, some reading, cursing, and a beer, I got the information into WKO and I'm more in the know now. And when it comes to powermeters, knowing is half the battle.
See what I did there? Thats right. I'll be here all week folks, make sure to tip your waitresses.
Whoa, early version of Robotech / Macross. Very cool
Robotech was my FAVORITE! I was such a geek, I made up my own role-playing game w/ dice, around it.
Yeah, I was kinda obsessed back in the day. I read all 21 of the novels, and have seen some of the original Japanese stuff a friend aquired through some exporter (yes, he's even more geeked than I was).
Well, when you were the short and fat little kid (yes, literally the last one picked for each and every team in PE class) you have to occupy your time somehow! I did it by role playing, geeking out and eating candy and sweets (explains the short and fat).

Wow what a great thread. I was a huge cartoon kid. GI Joe, Transformers, Star Blazers, Thundercats, Voltron, Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends, Superfriends, He-Man, the list could go on and on!
Voltron was awesome too. Im wondering if they will ever give that cartoon the Hollywood makeover like Transformers.....just come to think of it, how cool would it be to give your bike a custom Optimus Prime paintjob complete with an Autobot emblem....ooh Im getting giddy.

congrats on the power addition!
Anytime you can work He-Man into a conversation is fantastic. Congrats on your recent addition. Now it gets harder!
Very nice!!!
Living in a house full of males, somewhere from the recesses of my mind I knew that was a superhero something-or-other reference!
Where the heck is the aero-bassinet ??
My brother and I used to compromise by using My Little Ponies as He-Man and She-Ra's rides.
Speaking of rides, sweet bike Greg!
Sweet Ride

I've never wanted to click on a thread more than when reading that subject!
And, Scott, "Thundercats, HO!"

Nice! That song still sticks in my head after all these years! Boy, did I waste a lot Saturday mornings in the early 80s...
Loving this little trip in the Way Back Machine.

THANK YOU Chris! Although this is a funny thread (THANKS Scott!), I was not trackin! (Welcome to the 50+ crowd in a couple of days!)
I preferred to call myself Fluffy instead of fat.
Tucker - Voltron! Now that could head me down another tangent! My son absolutely loved Voltron.

For the full flashback geek-out experience. Try not to waste too much time at work.
Although IIRC HeMan's outfit was pretty similar to what we wear racing tris [less the armor and sword], skeletor was the bad guy in that right?
