@Gonzalo - I just wen through that calf pain business. Best to baby it since this is only week #3 out of 14!
Got in my Saturday bike and run workout today. Since I can still bike outside and it was Sunday with low traffic, I took to the roads with my winter gear on and knocked it out.
Rather than run in wet stuff, I decided to come back in the afternoon and do the run instead. Although it said 50' instead of the brick 25', I ended up with only about 45' and was done.
Time to rest after another OS week and enjoy that Monday off from hard training. I listened to Rich's podcast for next week and he talks about adding the swim. I've just been doing my own thing with lots of kicking for recovery. I just I'll look up that OS Swim guide and start doing some drills, maybe...
