No RR for me...backing up to next weekend...this was a repeat of last weekend...got in a nice 3hr. ABP yesterday and a strong 3:40 today in windy conditions...followed up with 4miles progressive avg. 8:04.....as a result of running today instead of yesterday...I think tommorrow will be swim only...really looking forward to the RR next weekend!
@Ryan, I'll be flying team colors. My going in position is to wear the tri-top from start to finish. I'll have a jersey for the bike if I get there and decide to wear one.
Heel a little sore and black/ blue this morning. Missed judged distance to wall yesterday during flip turn. I knew there was a reason I don't like and rarely do flip turns
