@ Doug... As previously stated ...don't stress it. You sound just like me from a couple weeks ago ( I wasn't tracking CSC/CSB but when I looked back I was off the chart >(-)30 CSB might be something for you to look at. (I use Golden Cheetah which only shows Bike...ant I was reeely hitting Run Hard at same time so I'm sure I was WAY in the red)
What Coach Patrick reminded me of was, that I was pushing EVERY WKO at the MAX #s for each zone and constantly going over especially on run intervals. This is SUB-Optimal at this stage. I'm now shooting for mid Zone Power #s and Trying (emphasis TRY) to stay on pace when I 'feel like I can go faster' on runs etc.
Your #s have been awesome.... my hallucination is that you just need a little "dial back time" so that you can surge ahead later.
Felt OK at new levels HR a bit higher than Z4..."real" top of Z4 is about 156 so likely would have been rough to go longer got off feeling not drained at all.
Saturday ride was a bit tough. Motivation was low after a long, long week. Got the MS work done but only added 20' at z3. Happy to have gotten it done...

SAT Bike done Today..... wasn't "feeling It" so kept puttin' it off.... then got too late for more than MS ....gerrr.
