Dino, I see you are going with a medium. If I go by the chart I'm borderline S/M. What are your measurements so I can get a better idea of where I fit in. thanks.
Talking to a buddy that wears these. he is about 5' 10/11 and weighs 165-170 ± a few depending on the time of the year. He wears an M when he is on the low end and an L when he is on the high end.
At 6' and 156 (closer to 150 race weight) I think that would put me in an M?
I'm 5'9", will be very low 150's by race day, 40" chest, will have 29-30" waist, enjoy sunsets and long walks on the beach...
I can't imagine any circumstance under which a small would fit me so I'm going with medium, with the expectation that I will only be able to fit into this thing 1x/yr, if that.
Kinda like the size 29' jeans I keep in a locked box for emergency use only.

I was 40 hips and chest and 33.5 in the waist. All that points to medium, which sounds right for me except when it comes to European cut cycling clothing. Then it's large. But, since I took the time to measure, can't be bothered with a fit-kit daisy chain and believe in personal accountability, I am taking the bull by the horns and rolling the DICE on medium. What's the worst that can happen? My son basically sleeps in an EN singlet right now... He could have a whole suit for the fall!
I initially expressed interest in a sleeved shirt before I was aware it was a Kona deal primarily because, despite my efforts to sunscreen properly, I get fantastic burns on the shoulders/neck. For some reason I thought one had to compete in a tank top (I recall reading once that Crowie was DQ because of a sleeved shirt?). So I bought a IMCDA cycle jersey to do the race in this Sunday, will see how that goes. Will be an interesting look - EN shorts, blue/green IM jersey, yellow Wattie arm coolers. Hard to miss! If I survive will try to coordinate better next time.
I just tried on the fit kit. I'm 5'9" 172 lbs. The Large fits me well as it gives me more room in the shoulders thighs. I would say that if you are on the leaner side, 5'8"-160 or less, then go with the medium.

That's the route I'm going. October '14 Rich would wear a large. July-Sept '15 Rich should fit a medium, as I'm jailin' pretty much everything I own right now.
Received the m-2 (as non-EN order) in small today: 5' 11" 149lbs and it's perfect. Not a wrinkle to be found but still comfortable enough to run with the top up. More than anything, though, is just how well thought-out this garment is for long course racing.
(edit to include Robert S's suggestion: normally wear a Medium in other tri and cycling garments.)
I'm 5'5" and 140lb. So clearly "stocky" compared with Mr Noyes. The XS was too small for me...my thighs are too thick and the fabric was at it's limit. Same for the chest although not to the extreme like the thighs. For me, the size S was good and still tight like it should be.
These"data points" would be more helpful if you guys included what size shorts and Tri or bike shirts you normally wear especially if they are the LG EN stuff Thanks
Just received the fit kit and am probably last on list here. I'm currently 5'9" & 169 lbs. The Large was a relaxed fit with a few wrinkles. The Medium was a form fitting fit on top, and quite snug on the quads. Since I am 10 lbs over race weight, I could probably go smaller up top, but my legs wouldn't fit.

@ Robert, I'm size S in virtually everything.
