    @Sid Wavrin -- I wanted to follow back up with you about training during the off-season while you are in Best Buy. There are a couple key rides that you do every week which we need to balance with your objectives.

    Right now, I will keep your Tuesday and Thursday sessions the same and continue to lead the Friday freight train. On Saturdays, I will keep that intensity low in the zone 1 to 2 range, and work on low cadence. So you could do that weekend ride inside or out, your call. Target is 2h early, 2.5 by end of Dec.

    Low cadence totals would be 30' now, building to 60' by end of January:

    • 5 x 6' (2') @ Z2
    • 4 x 8' (3') @ Z2
    • 3 x 10' (2') @ Z2
    • 5 x 7' (3') @ Z3
    • 4 x 10' (3') @ Z3
    • 3 x 14' (2') @ Z2-3
    • 5 x 9' (2') @ Z3
    • 4 x 12' (3') @ Z3
    • 3 x 18' (4') @ Z2-3

    When you say keep Tuesday and Thursday the same, do you mean same as
    outseason or same as Best Bike Camp? Otherwise I've got it. Thanks for the

    @Sid Wavrin Stay with the OS....if you do decide to race (ZRL or on your own) then drop one of the OS WKOs!!! #somuchbiking 🤣
