Greg, I was getting the same problem and it was because I was using an Amex cc. Their Amex processing was not working properly. Used another cc and it worked.
@Woody - asssume it's the base (not clydesdale versoin) so order teh 3XL. @Greg - we are having a problem with our Amex processing. If you have another CC that's easiest. Alternatively we should have workaround by the weekend. ALso replied to your email.
All - thanks for your patience as we work through some of these technical difficulties. We will be moving to a new estore platform soon, but wanted to wait until this order is complete. the new platform is much more stable and has better support than the marathon depot platform which is being dissolved.
Just order the singlet in L (based on 42" chest size), and the Capo Convertible Jacket in XL (based on 42" chest size.) Let me know on what will be available for tri shorts.
@ Mike - tri shorts are an individual thing so we didn't do the full custom LG tri shorts. we'll have Pearl Izumi semi-custom tri shorts ready in the next couple weeks.
When you said the convertible jacket is thermal; Does it mean that the vest from last year is different than the jacket convert to vest from this year? The vest last year is pretty much just a shell so I am wondering if the convertible jacket is thicker than that or have some sort of lining.
Sorry if I am beating a dead horse here but just wanted to make sure since it is a quite a few shinny pennies I will be dropping for this.
Not sure how to proceed here... According the the LG website, I need an XXXL tri top. The drop down menu for the tri top shows it available up to an XXL. I'd lke to pull the trigger on a 3XL. Doe we know if the tri top is available in 3XL? Should I order a 2XL and follow-up after the order is placed?
I'm a bit late to the order, but in case it is helpful to folks I'll let you know my sizing experience in last year's stuff.
I am 5'5" 138lb. My waist when I buy jeans is somewhere between a 30 and 31.
I am a size "S" in all the EN gear.
I bought everything in M then traded/bought S from teammates in everything other than the bibs. The S fit better than the M for sure, although the M was not unwearable, and actually on the cycling jersey I'm always a bit concerned that a cople of lb and I'd be better off with the M.
This year I'm going to buy a size S in the bibs and see if that's better than the M...I suspect it will be, but it'll be close. I'm going to buy the jacket in M because it is usually worn over layers and "snug" is not a great idea there -- although I might regret that choice when the jacket is too loose and flapping in the breeze.
Note - anyone needing to order Tri top or jacket in 3XL...please order 2XL and then send an email to joel@brandevolutions.com stating that you would like a 3XL.
Sorry for the issues here...these will all be resolved when we switch to our new estore format in the coming weeks.
Ordered mine, never got an answer whether or not the qty showing Marathondepot's website was a phantom number and if I ordered a jersey pre-sale, either way..... I'm in!
Hi All - received my EN Tri Top (Size L) in the mail but need to exchange for an XL. Didn't see any information included in the shipment so figured I'd check here - anyone know of the return/exchange procedures for another size? Thanks!
I know these orders are the bain of your existence, however, I did order some things that I have not recieved yet and I just wanted to check in and see the status.

Hi Rich,
OK...I'm the slacker that doesn't check email til the weekend, so I missed out on ordering the tri kit. When will the next time be to order?
Thanks,
Stacey
thanks
Mike
@Stacey: you can order and if it's in stock it will ship right away. If not, it will get cued up and go out in 8-10wks, as we need to order more kit.
@Mike: see above about tri kit. Cycling kit will ship in ~8wks.
Rich,
Any chance the IMSTG folks can get priority? I'd love to have the jersey for the race but will need it for the race rehearsals.
Thanks,
Gene
Gene,
Sorry, that's out of my hands in to the production schedule/hands of Capo and Louis Garneau

@ Coach R, Any status on this order yet? I haven't received mine yet. I've got a TT this weekend, and a Duathlon next weekend.
Sam, if you ordered a triathlon singlet they have begun to ship.
If you ordered cycling kit, we have not yet received those, expect them in next week or the following week.
Tri tops and cycling kit are different companies and shipping to us/you in seperate shipments.
Is it too late to order cylcing top?
(or for that matter additional tri gear? particular shorts)
Thanks Coach!
Rich,
I know these orders are the bain of your existence, however, I did order some things that I have not recieved yet and I just wanted to check in and see the status.
