Thanks for that info on kick timing Robin. I feel like my kick is completely timed wrong, and have searched around online to info about proper timing. Most of what I find is vague, confusing, or of the "just let the kick sort itself out" kind of advice. Your description with photos is perfect. Looking forward to working on it tonight at the pool!
WOW!! @ Robin, I took this to the pool today and what a difference, I immediately took off 4 strokes per length. It did take some time to fall into a rhythm and do it correctly as I usually like to flutter kick. I am really looking forward to mastering this technique and getting at least a little faster. Thanks!!
