I started a new bike thread at the same time as Chris use his as he was 2 minutes faster.  Sorry for the confusion Steve but I thought I would cancel my thread early to avoid confusion.

  • I just finished my 2X15 and felt really good.  I tried to extend myself on the second interval and see where I should be for week 8 FTP test.  It is a concern that my ego will try for the 200 watt mark and blow up spectatularly.

    182(1.01) and 189(1.05) 12' @ 156(0.86).  The 2X15's had 4' rest.  I figure I can hit 195, not sure 200 is doable on the test.  I'll post a new thread in the power forum with a litte more detail but feel free to give me your thougths here.

  • wow! this was a tough one today for me, but pushed thru know how the team kills on tuesday. could not slow down for run to z1 speed today, felt very strange. stride were tough but got them done today as well. i am amazed to see some of the haus norm power numbers 300????? looking forward to the test to raise my threshold
