Does anyone know what the red stars above our names mean? I seem to have acquired another one.

It equates to the number of posts you do. The more posts the more stars.....the smarter the content with the volume of posts gets you classified as WSM....wicked smart member!
• OK Gang- Today will be my first brick since being in training jail from my knee injury. ALSO (super geek moment) I FINALLY took the plunge and now clip in! (this will also be my first road workout clipped in.... SO EXCITED (is it normal to be excited about that stuff) haha
• So, just who does the post reviewing to judge the smahtness?

• @Mariah- How are the the clips working out for you? I've clipped fr 1 year now. I like it. But plenty of accidental tip overs. Have fun.

• Getting anxious... I dont know why.... cant wait to get back in the pool... at think point i just hope i remember how to swim! CHEERS AWESOME EN'ERS

@Jacklyn LOVING clipping in.... cant understand why I was so scared but glad I took the leap!

• I dropped out of the OS early to jump into my HIM prep with the help of the Adv HIM plan here on EN. Vineman 70.3 here I come!
• Scott - good luck at Vineman!
• Did my first race rehearsal yesterday..... OUCH but AWESOME!
• That's good to hear. What race are you rehearsing for?

• IMRaleigh70.3 coming round the bend just as fast and as slow as she can- June 1st

• This week I jumped into the IM plan for IM Boulder, but before I wanted to report my final results during testing this week (I know I should have tested a couple weeks ago when the OS actually ended):
FTP @ 220 up from ~190
VDOT @ 47 up from 44.

Additionally, since the OS officially ended and I got back in the pool, I extended my workouts from 1000yds to 3200 yds, just more proof of how quickly swimming comes back, even after months off.

The test results and effort I put in during the OS have my confidence high heading into my second IM.
Best of luck to everyone this race season.
