Hey all, if you can re-post your Monday Jan 16 weight I'd appreciate it, when they moved the forums over apparently there is no time/ date stamping, Need to know that so i can get the sheet done. I will also have a link this week to a shared Google Sheet
Mixed results. 1-23. Weigh in before run was 148.6. Weigh in after run and eating breakfast was 147.4. Weekly average body fat composition is at lowest point since I started.
