EG mine today was 1/23 157.6lbs

Scott, my 1/16 weight was 150.  This morning I weighed in at 146.5.  I completely forgot to yesterday.  I was a bit tired and not thinking yesterday.

    1/16: 150
    1/24: 146.5
  • 1/23 weight 167.

I've added it to the sheet, however the calc's are off somewhere.  It has my end weight of 152, which is 16 lbs instead of 8 lbs.  Thanks Scott for continuing the ball rolling here. Without this accountability a large Symphony bar would have been consumed last night.
  • @ScottDinhofer Do you need me to re-post my weights?

  • Pretty geeked with a 3# loss this week.  I am a nutritionist and health coach so I decided to create a program and walk my talk for once and boom what do ya know?  It works!  :-)

Slow and steady will win the race!  This week I start the FOS and am excited to be the Run Captain - nothing like facing your fear head on.  Running and me?  Not friends.  I hope that this year I can turn us from frenemies into besties.

  • Great work Jenniferlyn!
  • I was actually down 3lbs when I weighed myself on Friday, but apparently I had too much fun this weekend & ended up a half pound over where I was last Monday....Need to focus more on the weekends.
  • I am in.  On January 16th, I weighed 174.5 lbs.  Today I am at 172 lbs.  My goal is 167 lbs by March 30th, 2017.
  • Just updated my weekly numbers. Once Scott created the chart it became a bit more real. That and a conversation I had with a friend (Tri and Run freak) who told me at the end of the day it comes down to body comp. Now the light is turned on and I am ready to really get after it!! That and I don't want to punish myself by not making it!!! I have viewed the White Castle video!
  • Sorry Scott, but I can't see how to edit the sheet (obviously not enough of a geek LOL).
i am 157.1 on 30 Jan. I need to get some focus.
  • Marc - 1/30 weight= 239.5 lbs!
    heading in the right direction!
  • Wednesday is my weigh in day so I will update tomorrow!
  • @Jeff - I had the same experience after review the spreadsheet and seeing how woefully behind I am.

I've been unsuccessfully been playing around with adding different foods to my diet, over the past three weeks.  Time to go back to what worked for the Holiday weight loss challenge.  Run jail hasn't helped the cause either, but I am out of that now.
  • :|  Still 148.  w.t.f.
  • Weighed 171 today - down 1 lb this week.  Tomorrow, I am going to nosh on as many raw vegetables as possible during the super bowl.  I stocked up on carrots, celery, grapes and bell peppers.  Hopefully, I will be able to report that by next weekend, I am still at 171 pounds, or less.  It is going to be a week of damage control following tomorrow night's game.

    Good luck everyone.

I really thought I would have to come on here and beg for a buy week after last night....but turns out nachos and beer are great weight loss foods  :D  Down to 143.3 (2/6)
  • 206.1 ugh...   I guess too many wings, nachos and beer last night...

147.8 #  this last week is a stand still. Not sure how to jump start it. So this week cutting 6 strawberries.  I use 3 strawberries in my shake x 2 a day. Last week I cut the oatmeal breakfast and substituted 1/2 grapefruit and lunch cut the 4oz of sweet potatoes and replaced with 12 raw unsalted almonds. Let's see what happens this week! Hope you all detox from super bowl snacks. I went to the show(the Split movie)  and left everyone at home to munch and watch the game.
  • On the road again here in the Carolinas.  Super Bowl isn't a thing in our house, so this weekend was just a normal one for me.

I had my blood drawn a few weeks ago,  16 vials of blood taken,  and an exhaustive workup ran just to get a baseline for my internal health.

So far down another 3# last week, feeling really good about the consistency I'm building and the fitness that I know is on its way back.

    Have a great week everyone!
  • 2/7/17 - 239.0 ... a lot of work to do but who does not like challenges, right?
