Monday: 7am Swim @ Dig Me Beach, 2pm Afternoon run
Thursday: Optional 7:30am Underpants Run (Register Here), Followed by Short Swim @ 8:30 @ Dig Me Beach. 10am to 12pm Brick workout from Pine Tree Cafe.(https://goo.gl/maps/xrNc7P8E5xB2), Lunch there 12-1. Do bags, etc from 4-6pm.
