No, but I am watching the podcast EN just recently posted with Ian Kurth talking about it. I have an outdoor in ground pool that I have put solar heating on and adding a Vasa trainer in top of that would be a bit overkill!

I am in for OS #5 but with some caveats... I started getting some a-fib with runs in the 220's that is thought to be exacerbated by too much training volume and race day adrenaline. I now have a sporty implantable cardiac monitor and have been told to hold off on any workouts lasting much more than an hour. As a result, I am busted from long-course racing and high-volume training. I am going to concentrate on hard, shorter intervals and raising my FTP on the bike. I only have a few events on the schedule, a HM in May, 256 mile bike ride in July, and a few other minor things to keep me out of trouble. I am having fun learning Zwift and bringing up the rear on the team rides.
