  • @Yvette Metz I'm right there with you in figuring out the glitches.  I got pretty much everything to work this morning with discord and the mobile app on my phone (switching back and forth as necessary) and running the main zwift app from the laptop. I"m finding some of the uploads to be inconsisent, today one ride went to training peaks but not strava, so maybe just see what happens next time you ride? Also with the mph, was it just because you were on a hill? Or maybe try calibrating: https://support.zwift.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004175663-How-to-calibrate-your-trainer. Or, as others have said, ask the folks on the zwift thread who have used this program for more than a week and I'll be quiet. :)

I saw a few folks out on the Zwift ABP ride this morning, at least for a hot second till I got dropped. Twice. Ha! While you guys were warming up I was kicking out .5 w/kg higher and still losing tons of ground, so I'm sort of wondering what the deal was with that. Regardless I got in a good (if short) ride, and played with the sprint/KOM segments for the first time. Really nice to feel the bike love returning for the season, it should be a good year!
  • finally got in a couple rides and one super shorty run.  I didn't die!  YAY!  2 hours in the saddle yesterday and backed up by 1:25 today...well, lets just say parts of me wished to be dead!  Onward!
  • Did the full 2.5hrs today...yay. This is after the half mary yesterday. Stayed out of erg mode and had fun in Zwift.
  • All sorts of connectivity trouble in the pain cave today.  I think I spent more time troubleshooting than I did riding.  But got her done, and may have sorted out problems.  Split the ride up into 3 different rides:  I would ride a bit, trouble shoot, quit...rinse lather repeat.  Hopefully next week won't have same issues.
  • Oops... bad Jason.. forgot to post my Sunday long ride!!

Can't wait until my butt gets use to saddle.
  • Good morning and happy Week 3 Monday!

  • Forgot to post ride from yesterday - much better mental state than last weekend.  Got to 78 Min then popped on the TM for 15 minutes - I have a max 90 min to get it done any day of the week - so trying to max both ride and run potential.  The 30 in Z3 felt awesome - On to Week 3!!
  • @Derrek Sanks Thanks for setting me straight.  I should have included that my run this OS is of the run/walk variety, so I am not accumulating as much fatigue there.  I will move to level 3 and get the work done.

Saturday's wko was moved to Sunday.  Completed the EN wko on Zwift for 110' of ride time.

8' cool down completed after ending zwift ride.

@Carole Harbison Glad you were able to put the pieces together and ride. Yes, I will see how the next ride uploads.  On MPH, not sure about the up hill.  I will look into the calibrating. Thanks, will see how tomorrows ride goes.

Pushed yesterdays ride to today as I went heavy leg workout on Friday.  Still feeling it today.  Made it ththropugh the MS and then hopped off.  Mental six-pack was more like a one-pack today.

Upside.....first time I dropped this much Holy Water on a trainer ride in a few years.  Felt good.

John, Glad to read you had a good ride
