Tuesday Swim Activity # 1520 MS1: I believe the Set Total is 1450 (vs 1400) if I'm reading the workout correctly. There's an extra 50 Easy after the 2x50's and before the final 100 sprint that I don't think got added into the total.

WU: 20-30' @ 65-70%/z1-2/Easy
MS: Spend as much time @ 80-85%/z3 as possible. Take short recoveries as needed (eat, drink, etc), otherwise it's time to work!
WD: 10' Easy spin.
P - I don't see IM Int week 10 of 12 having anything for Sunday either. How many minutes is the above listed workout?
Bump - can you please confirm that we do have a workout this Sunday (it shows nothing in my plan IM Int wk 10 of 12) - and if it is as listed above, what is the duration? I can post to the IMUSA group as a reminder to the rest of the gang.
Ooh, also (sorry this is last minute) - can we confirm the length of the long run tomorrow for Int IM Week 10? I got my hands on a paper plan and Week 10 is listed as 90 minutes. The Season Plan Excel doc lists it as 90 minutes too, but it's 120 online. I think 90 minutes makes more sense given the MS but just checking...
I'm on Week 13 of the Intermediate IM plan and noticed that the Sunday bike sessions are listed as 2hrs for this and upcoming weeks. Aren't the Sunday seesions supposed to be 3hrs.?
Full RR guidance is available in the wiki. Pacing and nutrition as if race day. Be sure to pick a flat course, preferrably one you can repeat as needed. Ride no more than 112 miles or 6 hours, whichever comes first. IOW stop at 6 hours if you will be averaging less than 18.5 hours.

Hours is now MPH and those swims are fixed!
