    Week 6 of the Inter 12 week IM plan: Thurs run 120 min, should this be 135min? Week 7 long run is 150 min this seems like a big jump.

  • J I'm in the Beg IM PLan, week 16. Activity 1556 is what is on my Wednesday run and that's a 40 min run with some strides. But I'm hearing from everyone else in the IMWI forum that they have a 5K test on the plan this week. You might have intentionally not given the Beg plan folks a 5K test- but I just wanted to be sure.

    (FYI- I'm not doing the test either way-saving the calf for Thursday).

    Wednesday- Week 9 of Int IM 12 wk plan shows 2 - 75 min bike workouts- reg workout & an FT test? Not sure which one is correct?

  • ;Kris -- if you have a PM, do the test. If you are a heart rate athlete, or don't want to / need to test, do the regular workout!

    Nemo, I am looking at the admin versions of the plans, both PDF and online, and there is no 5k testing in week 16? Everyone has strides on Wed and a long run on Thurs...no test run on Thurs. You got names for me? Please PM!!!!

  • re: Nemo's question. I think it's the 12 week plans that have the 5k this week (week 8), myself being one of them. The 20 week plans have the strides + long run. We all have the last 2:30 run next week and then the following week (10+18) the thursday workouts are different again.

    In week 19 of the Intermediate IM plan, there is no Sunday workout listed. Now I KNOW that you didn't actually mean to give us a day off. image
  • Patrick, RE week 16 (of 20) of the Beg IM Plan- see Leigh's note, she summarizes the issue well. THere seems to be a difference between the 12 week folk and the 20 week folk (I thought it was Beg vs Int- but that may not be the issue).
  • @Amy, yes that sunday is OFF. You need to pack for your race and do all that final prep stuff!!!!

  • FYI- Intermediate IM plan, Week 17- run off RR is listed as 30 minutes. Body of info is correct with 6 miles / 1 hour.

    I know this is buried in the wrong place- I sent my RR#1 WKO file to (admin) Patrick x2 for review and haven't seen anything in the forum.

  • Beginner OS Week 2 - Tuesday bike says 6x6' (2') Z4 .... maybe it should be 3x6' (2') Z4 ?

  • Intermediate OS Plan Week 3 Tuesday bike

    Plan calls for 3x10 as main set. According to other forums peeps advanced is 2x12 and they recall a problem from last year on this and it should be 2x10.

    An extra 10' is good for the soul.

    Q about intermediate outseason, Week 14, Sunday run (I was looking ahead).  Posted as:

    MS: 2 x 400, then 2 x (1 x 1200, 1x60 1 x 400, 1 x 200) all @ TP/Z4/Hard with full recoveries between each.

    Does the 60 belong? or should it be 600?

  • You guys trying to kill the Beginners in the OS? :-) Jan OS, week 2 Beginners have this:

    Tuesday | Bike_FTP | MS: 6 x 6' (2') @ 95-100%/Z4/Hard Remainder of time @ 80-85%/Z3/Mod-Hard | 60

    Meanwhile the INT and ADV folks have 3x8's. Pretty sure the above was a typo and should have been 3 x 6', No?
  • Nemo, yes, it's 3 x 6'. We can't edit the OS plans like the HIM / IM ones, hence the delay...we are on it this week though!
  • Adv HIM plan week 6

    "This week" varies from the "Full plan view" for Fri-Sun

    What should I do this weekend?

  • Hi Coaches,

    Week 6 of the intermediate Half IM Plan calls for a 135 minute run - a jump from 105 minutes.  Should this really be something like 115 minutes or 110 minutes?
