Hey Team, I have been late to the party. I had a 2 month break from the team (my wife sent me to rehab for my forum addiction)
I am finishing up my first year with the team and this is my first OS. I got trainer road set up finally and was surprised at how easy the workouts were... until I found out about the tests that automatically adjust your FTP. And I was looking so good.
Anyway, I hung out with the short course folks last summer and I recognize quite a few from their intros. (Hi Joe, I'm Back)
I have a 1/2 in Charleston SC in April and am set up for the Beach to Battleship Full in October. In between I will probably toss in some short course races just so they don't kick me out of the that forum.
My goal is to get a wetsuit before the 1/2 and maybe a powermeter before the full. And I asked for Team kit from Santa.
@Ralph: Welcome back, that wetsuit will come in handy in April! A power meter is also a must. Send coach Rich an email before you do anything, he can art you up with the right hear at the right price! Have fun in the os!
I am Antoinette Rose from Clifton Park, NY and I'm new to EN. This is my first OS. I've been training the whole time but coming off hold in a few days and looking forward to the excitement of the team.
I'm doing Rev 3 Quassy HIM, IMLP and probably a handful of fun sprints and running events. IMLP will be my first full .
My goal is to get faster and finish every event strong and HEALTHY and just have fun doing it.
@Antoinette - welcome to the team! Although this is the November OS forum, you are certainly welcome to join us in week #10. I'm thinking you might want to join the January OS?
Either way - welcome to the Team and we look forward to hearing from you!
THIS OS IS GOING SO WELL FOR ME! Ran my first race of the year this past Saturday (5k) and placed 2nd in my AG. New PR of 21:04 and 1:37 faster than my W1 test!!!

Wow Dawn. I have family in Southern Minn. around Redwing and Hastings. Have they started ice fishing yet? Stay warm. Jacklyn
