@Mary, I copied this down from a post by Rich a while back:
Pnorm, IF, Cad, Time, Distance, Speed and during an IM change the interval every 30 minutes.
As for me, I prefer to replace Cad with Percent Grade, just because, for gee whiz, I like to see how steep the hills are, and my cadence is what it is.
In order to be in alignment with the material presented in the Power Seminar, are there any HAUS recommended settings for the "Averaging" (# seconds and whether to include zeros for Power, Speed, and Cadence)?
What is the best approach for setting the power zones given a tested FTP? (I have WKO+ if needed for this analysis)
SO frustrated... My Joule shows a certain IF (.866 tonight for 80 minute ride), then when downloading to WKO+ it shows .859 IF. WTH?
I calculated it out, and it's using the correct FTP sent from Device Agent (which I REdid last night, per my other forum post).
These are the same values between WKO+ and the Joule: distance, kj, ride time, HR (avg and max), watts (avg and max), PNorm is a few watts off but allowable, speed (avg and max), cadence (max) These items are off between the two: TSS (joule is higher), cadence (avg) and IF (mentioned above).

Watts HR
Speed Cadence
Distance IF
Then I highlight the speed (I think), which shows the kj in the very lower left and the overall time in the very lower right.
It's a lot of info, but my eyes generally fixate on only the screen locations I use real-time (watts).

Hi everyone,

Thanks,

Not sure if this is the recommended setup but I do the following:
3 Seconds for Power and include zero's
1 second for Cadence and don't include zero's
1 Second for Speed and include zero's
Thanks,
Alan

Why is it so different between the two places?
