Do 2x20 and then do the 30/30's. If they are "easy" it really should not be much of a problem. FWIW if the 30/30's are "easy" why not go harder or switch them up to 60/30's or 2/2's or something. Paul, do you mean the difference between the 4000 and the 4000S? There is actually a difference between the 4000 and the 'S' variety, although I'm not 100% sure what it entails. Should I race 70.3 in my Hoka One One's?
I have about 50 miles on the Hoka Bondi S2's and think they run well, but I noticed my cadence has come down for low 90 to high 80's in them. They seem just as fast when running intervals, but long runs the cadence is lower. Should I race in them this weekend at Oceanside or go back to my tried and true Kinvara 3's? -

I started by doing 500 yds of 25's with the bands , then added 2 - 25's each week until I got to 1000yds , then I started doing them as 50's, 75's, and then 100's. I agree with @Paul and @Al... You really need to train all ranges of cadence. I'll do some intervals in the 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, and even over 100. Is it my sweet spot? NO, but are you really going to be able to exactly hold your sweet spot cadence on the road all the time? NO!! This, I feel, gets me ready for crushing… -
