Hey, not sure how I missed this thread but I can’t wait to come and visit you! Ha ha Ha ha ha.
I think the plan is perfect and you can easily juggle the situation. Keeping in mind, of course, that all we care about his training consistency. Even on travel days you can do a one or 2 mile run just to keep things going.
I think you’re going to have a lot of fun exploring those new trails and places to ride, so I wish you the best with that.
In terms of testing week, we just want to make sure that you test after one full day of rest, even if that is a travel day. You will need a little bit of a warm-up to make sure that you’re ready to go but that’s all that’s free is required.
I will get your season plan later this week and will hook you up, no worries on that. The biggest thing that we need from you right now is just the consistency. As you noted, your lungs are a little out of whack and they will take a couple weeks to get to a place where you feel better about them. It’s hard to be too focused right now as the first step is just to get a new ready to do the work. Happy new year!
I have a feeling my popularity will rise with the new little place. The husband is riding the trail today on a borrowed bike. I'm guessing there will be a lot of cruisers like him out there. Good for my slow assed ego till I can build up my sticks again lol!
Good for you! I know that no matter where you are never going to have a lot of fun doing whatever it is you’re doing. :-).
I did hit you with the season roadmap yesterday and put it somewhere here in the forums. If you want I can try to link them up to this thread. Not sure how they got separated!
