@ Doug- Thanks for your response. I have followed all the instructions you mentioned with no luck and have also tried what is outlined in the EN Wiki and I get this message at Trainer Road: "Unfortunately, your request to join Endurance Nation has been denied. You can reach out to someone you know at Endurance Nation if you think this was a mistake." Not sure what the deal is...???
@Nikki, you're welcome. I believe when I asked Trainer Road to be added to the EN team I received a confirmation email or message that I was added to the team. Did you receive that email/message? If you didn't receive it I would suggest clicking on the EN support tab that usually pops up on the right hand side of the computer screen when you're on the dashboard. If you did receive the email/message I would contact Trainer Road support and explain the problem. The support from both websites has been great in my experience.
If the above doesn't work or you've already tried this come back to this forum and post. Maybe somebody else has another suggestion or solution?
Jan - it looks like Vandever is a 4x4 @ 112-114% of FTP for a total workout time of 45 min. You can dial down the percentages if you want; off the top of my head, I think the button for that is in the lower left corner of the workout screen. I find that TR is pretty good at giving search results if you type something like 4x4 in the workout library. Have fun!
I seem to be having difficulty finding the specific day of the week workout beyond week 9 for 2014 HIM INT Plan. When I search for the 2014 HIM Wk10 INT it only shows one workout for the week. No problem, I created my Saturday and Sunday workouts thinking it was operator error. But same issue again for Wk11 so I asked a fellow teammate to search for the workout and they have the same issue. Any ideas?
Someone please correct if I am wrong, but from what I've been told (because I too was looking for other workouts), the OutSeason plans WKOs are the only plans that are all available in TR.

Some of the HIM and IM plan workouts are available also, though TR does not have the complete array of workouts for those plans (it looks like there may only be one workout per week for HIM and IM for each level). I understand that OS is the only plan that is complete in TR.
TR just added a filter function in the latest version that allows you to click on "Endurance Nation" in the "Teams" tab and see only the EN workouts.

Starting week 9 (12 weeks to go), the HIM and IM plans become more race specific with Saturday and Sunday rides being race prep type of work. So the shorter, OS-like, trainer-friendly rides are limited to one day a week at that point. These are the rides which appear in TR. Makes sense; most of us are doing those other two workouts outdoors, so theres less need for a TR version of them. Since it's a big effort to create all those TR templates, who ever did it, made an executive decision to go where the money was, I suppose.
Trainer Road came out with a new version on March 25th as John indicates. There is a pop-out window (pop-left?) which has a "Teams" Button. Click on that, and if you are registered in TR as an EN member, you'll see Endurance Nation there. Click on that, and you'll see only EN workouts.
Thanks Al. Makes perfect sense. Sadly I am still knee deep in snow here in Ottawa, so the weekend rides are still on the trainer for the foreseeable future. The Workout creator is easy enough to use. No complaints, just wondered allowed if I was missing something or made an error. Thanks for everyone's help.
Just downloaded TR, got the sensors paired and got access to the EN team. I am unable to get the EN workouts to show up on the opening app screen. It just says "no workouts found" and shows an "view online" option. That sends me to a list of workouts but I can't get any of them to load. Any advice???

Wendy,
They this: To access the EN workouts after being accepted as an EN member in TR, you have to open Trainerroad, click on the INFO tap, and then click the "Resync Workouts" tab. Once you do that, and it loads the workouts, you should have the EN workouts.
Once you do that, try using the tab on the left side to sort. There should be a "team" button that you can click EN to sort EN workouts.
Also, etting up custom wkos is ridiculously easy. For example: 1 5 min block ramping up to 80%, 10 min ascending from 80 to 85 percent, 3 min recovery, then BOOM interval one. (warmup can obviously vary).. It takes about five minutes to create and publish.
I am not sure this is the right place to post this, but I need to be approved for being added to the Endurance Nation team on TrainerRoad. I sent my request a day ago and it has not been approved yet. I was hoping to use the Endurance Nation plans tomorrow. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.
Trying to get access to TrainerRoad. Per instructions typed in this link: "Go to this URL in your browser: www.trainerroad.com/teams/3-endurance-nation" It says my Endurance Nation team is inactive and doesn't provide any other information. When I try searching on the team nothing comes up.
It's a locked or private group that will not show up in search results. It's been a long while since I got in and don't remember the circumstance. Do you see a "Request" or "Join Team" button? Figuring not; but, had to ask.
I have a computrainer and a powertap wheel and the PC with the CT software is fried. I have a MACBOOK I can use. What else do I need to use trainer road?
On a TrainerRoad upgrade a while ago the program got really glitchy on my PC. I have a really old CompuTrainer and one of the suggestions was to upgrade the handle bar mount (https://www.racermateinc.com/product/aerodynamic-drag-factor-program-chip-upgrade-pro-and-lab-ct-only/). Worked better but not 100% so I switched to my mac and it always just works. Regardless of computer used, you still my need to install drivers.
@Robert, yes to the stereo adapter. I bought one a long time ago when I used to run the CompuTrainer software on my PC. After Trainer Road I have never looked at the Computrainer software again.
It's funny but when they finally released their new software update a year or two ago, they were demonstrating it at an IM event I was at. They wanted $300 I think. I told the guy after looking at it for a minute or two that I thought it should be free and TR was way better. Just saw on their site it's now $60. Don't know anyone that owns it.
Excited to start a trial of TrainerRoad today! However, I'm losing steam fast - couldn't find an EN "Team" or any EN Plans, so I wrote support - who also couldn't find them and suggested creating custom plans.(?) I'm now pretty confused... I thought that EN plans were supposed to be loaded into TrainerRoad - what's the scoop?
The plans are there, but you need to be granted access by EN. I forget the protocol for making that happen - it may be somewhere in the wiki or earlier in this thread. Or maybe someone with a better memory will chime in.
But rather bang against those walls, I suggest clicking on the "Help" or "Support" button which appears on the EN web page, if you are in the Forum or the Dashboard. Then just ask to be granted access, and you should hear back from EN powers that be within 24 hours.
I put in a request to make the EN team workouts available on TR but havent heard anything back yet. When I got to the Team dropdown it still says you are not connected with any team. How long is the wait period after submitting a request?
Thanks! Hope everyone is enjoying their New Years!

Anyone know of a good workout on TR that includes 4 x 4' at 110% FTP?
I'm sure there is one, but I love the Workout Creator - you can make any workout you want and completely customize it! And it's super easy to use.

TrainerRoad has a good help section here: http://support.trainerroad.com/hc/en-us/articles/201376994-Computrainer
You may also want a Garmin Ant+ stick to pick up other training accessories like heart rate monitors, cadence sensors, etc.

and in Brenda's original post there is a section How to request access to EN workouts
Thanks much! That was the link I needed to request access. Just waiting now. :-)
Thanks! Hope everyone is enjoying their New Years!
